  1. Morning. A sunny Monday morning here in Sydney. Cold and crisp, but stunning!

What amazing gardens Marsha. I am 'a girl of nature' and love gardens and all living things. The first one looks like a sensory dream - so much to see, touch, smell and feel. Beautifully groomed without being tailored or tamed - the way I love it.
No 2 looks like a fantastic place for a stroll. The light is insane!
Would also be very happy to drive through the gate to no 3 every day. What a place!!

Your give away is very generous! I actually think the colour you have chosen to display is fantastic. The lime green would look amazing against a summer tan and teamed with white, which I love to wear when Sydney shows its sunny Summery face!
I too love big, chunky statement pieces. I prefer to wear less than more and hence these larger styles work for me. I also love the simplicity of the beads - they make me think of peas in a pod or unripened chest nuts.

Of course I am a follower. Now and always. You know I love you.

Big hugs from Sydney and wishes of a fabulous new week.

    xx Charlotta

P.S. Thanks for the email re Warner. I will go there next.

  3. Whoa! The photos look as if they could actually be in England. The townhome garden is breathtaking. And that flagstone pathway is charming.
Is there anything Texas doesn't have?

    P.S.
I have just the outfit for the necklace. Keeping the fingers crossed.

  7. It is so funny because the first time I visited Texas (in Austin) I was searching endlessly for tumbleweeds... I had no idea how diverse the state was!
That green bracelet is FABULOUS! I don't often lean towards color, but when I do, it is that exact shade of green! Love it.
I am already a follower - of course.
    Have a marvelous week,
    xx

  8. Dear Marsha, It's been a long time since I lived in the Houston area, but when I did...the flowers and plants were heavenly!
I remember the roses and gorgeous wisteria.

God bless and may you have a great week!

  11. This post speaks to my heart; Green is my favorite color. I'm always looking for hearts in nature. I loved that you shared a side of Texas, that most of us are unfamiliar with!
I love gardens, an escape for the soul~
Did you know in yoga the chakra for the heart is green, also emerald is my birthstone~
What a lovely post and fab jewelry!!! xXx

  12. I am very much liking the garden views above. I would gladly live in a stone manor house such as the one pictured. You always have such lofty and elegant subjects. I feel a little bit like a poseur sitting here in my gardening shorts and old t shirt. Anyhoo, love the bracelet because of the fresh green color. It reminds me of the annual sweet potato vine that is chartreuse. Very new growth and all that. I love those gardens but they have to come with a gardener to help me! Have a good week.

  13. As a transplant to living in the desert I miss GREEN. I am a floral and fauna person living in a cactus and rock world. :)

On another note I so appreciate your kind words and support. The beauty of the contest is that your vote is limitless. I did vote for your friend as well as a few other favorites.
I actually would really love to see Zach win. He is SO funny and such an inspiration.

    Be blessed dear one.

  18. OK, my heart totally stopped at the 1st picture. If that was your house, I was coming for a visit!!

I am a follower (check) and I LOVE this piece of jewelry for a couple of reasons: 1st, the colors. It's hip to Go Green, Aqua blue is a shade for all seasons & black is perfection. 2nd, the seed pods are imperfectly perfect, it's like a modern day pearl bracelet all jazzed up. And the puffy heart...I just {heart} it!

  21. Dear Marsha

Beautiful gardens --- an inspiration -- certainly inspiring one to create beautiful jewelry.

A short version of haiku . . describing your necklace.

    dew on mi'lady's mantle

    drops on silvery chain

    little beauties form.

Please know how much I value your comments. I read every single one and do hope you will take the time to leave your thoughts. I think InstaGram with the Emojis have taken a lot away from blogging, but I love IG too.
