Dear Marsha,My favorite beaches are:1. Mykonos in Greece2. On the island Sylt, Northfriesland, Germany3. Atlantic coast, France, somewhere north of Biarritz. But I would be very happy to spend a few weeks in Oregon, as shown in your very wonderful post! And the beach house on the last image....just so...simply good!Have a lovely weekend, many greetings from Périgord,KarinBy the way - just had another look at your 'cooking' post. You are a very good photographer with a brilliant eye! Bravo, Bravo!
Lovely photos and while I do love the beach, I'm happiest in the Appalachian Mountains. Thistle Cove Farm is the home of my heart and soul. One of my favorite beaches is a little no name beach on the west coast of Maui or the North Shore, Bonzai Pipeline on Ohau...both are beautiful for different reasons.

Looking at your gorgeous photos and tapping my foot to the lovely music!!! (:I used to spend summers on a "dreamy" island between Sweden and Finland called Gotland. A bit of Paradise.
