  3. WOW!! One question....may I join you when you start attacking these fabulous things on your bucket list!!
I have a few myself, spend a month in Tuscany THEN a month in Provence, go to Nepal and just marvel at Everest, buy a beautiful small scenic farm in Vermont, renovate a fabulous old farmhouse and turn it into the most coveted place to dine in all of America....lol. Why not! Whats life without dreams and aspirations!

  4. We share Hearst Castle...and there is a possibility that I'll get to check that off my list in August. We're going to attend a wedding close to the castle in August. Keeping my fingers crossed. My front row seat would have been when Coco Chanel was alive and designing....American designers, probably Ralph Lauren or Oscar de la Renta ( I used to model for him when he would come to do special events here. I was the exact same size as his sample model, Lulu...if I remember her name correctly). Santorini...or a month at the Belle Vue Syrene...and the list goes one and on. Thanks for the inspiration. 5. Gosh, some of yours, Marsha...Santorini, Australia, setting foot on all seven continents. I want to go visit all the countries in the UK, have only been in 2 of the 4. Umm, not sure what else...

  6. Marsha, not sure if my comment went through...new blogger, eh?
Love the Santorini and Australia options, would also love to go to all the UK countries, Peru and, maybe, back to Russia. No sports for me either, too loud, too much noise and lack of complete and total interest -smile-.

  7. Santorini and Bora Bora are definitely TOPS on my list! I guess if I had to say what is really tops, though…would be for me to have my youngest child married and then all of us vacationing in St. John. It's our "go to" spot that we will always love and so far, 2 of my 3 kids have been there as married adults…and my goal is for my last one to go at that age as well. May sound silly, I know…but it's my bucket list after all! I also would LOVE to be at the Haute Couture show! What fun that would be! Hope you are doing well!

  8. Travel, travel, travel...so much like your list! In fact, 5 of the same destinations! Many years ago, my husband and I, each, wrote out our 10 Destination-fascinations. We shared only two of the same places and my list DID NOT include Antarctica! (although several friends swear it's awesome.) We're plugging along on the list. At the top of mine is a return to France for a trip of 6 weeks and I am hoping that 2013 will bring that trip. Santorini is right up there...too many places and not enough time...not to mention l'argent!
Can't wait to read others' bucket contents!
    Great post!
    xoxo, Chris

  9. Curious as to how you have heard of the Great Ocean Road drive? It is magnificent indeed, but I didn't realise it was known to be so outside of Australia.

I rather like your selections - would happily turn up to any of them!

  12. May your bucket list become your reality. One of mine is coming true this summer--we are now getting to go to the Opening Ceremonies for the Olympics here in London--on my birthday, none the less. The opportunity just came up a few weeks ago! All that to say you never know when an opportunity might fall in your lap!

Please know how much I value your comments. I read every single one and do hope you will take the time to leave your thoughts. I think InstaGram with the Emojis have taken a lot away from blogging, but I love IG too.
