  3. Gorgeous Marsha, I join you for the styling on picture 6. Though the nicest red is in my opinion in picture 17. At least, this shade of red is the one which suits me best as I'm very pale. :-)
Wishing you everything you may want.

  8. I agree with you Marsha, that #6 is great as street chic, but I love the whole image of photo #9 (you have it as #0). The shape at the back and the hairstyle and the makeup, - all stunning and the whole look works! I think #11 is a close runner up,- interesting shape and great belt/buckle detail. And just as a complete photo #18 is pretty spectacular, with the red dress against the black and white floor and the sweeping staircase. A good combination!
Love your new chairs in the lounge room and the tree in there too! Happy New Year to you!
    Cheers,

  9. Marsha...because I value comfort, I would probably opt for #4. They are all amazing.

  10. Difficult to chose but love that careful casual coolness of #4, there's something about the bare back of flowers with #13 & that last one of #18 is a work of art. I mean the angles, the geometry of it all & that added fluff is the ultimate!

  12. The following is an email I just received:

You asked our favorite fashion pick? I have four, two for real, two for my fantasy life.

Number three is terrific and I could wear it tonight. I love the length of the coat, the hood and of course the color. The cable knit wide scarf is perfect at the open throat of the coat. The tights and boots complete the look. Of course the big smile the model wears reminds us to be happy, even while standing in snow and cold.

Number eight shows us fun, new gathered shoulders. The stand up collar is echoed by the ruffle of the white blouse. The black velvet trousers are wonderful for this jacket and this look of glamour, but of the every-day sort. Both #8 and #3 are fashions for the everyday woman.

On the fantasy side, I love numbers 9 and 13. The design and angles of #9: breathtakingly perfect. #13 holds the allure of sophistication and a posh dinner dance scene. The embroidery on the blouse is masterful. The color and design of the wasp waisted billowy skirt could be called a made-to-order match for the top. Gorgeous.

Keep up the good work on your blog. I look forward to each day’s entry.

  17. Wow some serious beauty going on here.....red always makes me feel alive and glamorous! The draping of 7, the details of 13 and of course 17 are all amazing to me. But not a bad one in the bunch...cheers to 2014!

  18. #17 and #18, for the beauty of the dresses, the architecture, and the amount of effort necessary for the styling to be so perfect!

Please know how much I value your comments. I read every single one and do hope you will take the time to leave your thoughts. I think InstaGram with the Emojis have taken a lot away from blogging, but I love IG too.
