I am a big water drinke...Hi Marsha, Love your blog. I am a big water drinker, always have been - since childhood. I keep a really pretty water bottle filler right on my counter and it is a habit to drink it as I pass by. I am also fortunate to be able to drink water from my well, which is spring fed. If you are not fond of it "plain" try squeezing a bit of lemon or lime in it, or even some juice from an orange. Quite refreshing, especially in summer. One of the reasons for waters and less food intake, is that often you are dehydrated with out realizing it, not hungry, so by reversing that before you begin dinner or a meal, you then are mostly likely to eat to satisfy true hunger, not thirst from dehydration.<br /> I am sorry about the blogger who demanded removal. What concerns me more are bloggers who use photos and give no source or credit at all. Certainly what you did would engender gratefulness on my part. I was rolling my eyes!<br /><br />To loose weight - well, I'm also not totally agree with the amount of water-suggestion. It depends on the individual person. But it "kills" to some extend the appetit. And a certain amount per day is good.<br /><br />Best way to loose weight is a healthy natural diet, lots of fresh vegetables, little/few carbohydrates, no "junk food" like Hamburgers or so, not a lot of bread, no sweets, and not a lot of wine. And - gymnastic, every day 15 minutes .
