Prefer the style from picture 1 much more. Myself wear it in silvergrey for the skirt and dark grey for the woolen sweater with boots in winter and now with black T-shirt and ballerinas. I am 162 cm and therefor can't agree with Carol Sz. that this is a style only for tall women because it depends on the material which should be soft and perhaps not wearing sneakers. Long skirts are more comfortable in warm weather, and in the winter I find they keep my knees and feet warmer when I'm at the desk/computer for long periods. Plus, heels, who needs 'em? They just hurt your feet.
Looking forward to hearing about your Tish event.Emmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17365143273404503659noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-818215323812390398.post-20383990521750966532016-04-07T06:56:37.317-05:002016-04-07T06:56:37.317-05:00I don't mind the flats...maturity demands them...I don't mind the flats...maturity demands them. However, sneakers, "flip flops"...no thank you! Sneakers with jeans, fine! "Flip flops" with anything...not for me. Walking around with feet exposed (and not all feet should be exposed), collecting dirt and dust during the day, not to mention the damage they do to your arches...no thank you. Back in the day, when I taught in an inner city school, one of our male teachers was sent home to change his shoes when he appeared wearing sandals. I have no idea what they are wearing on their feet now!Cleo from Jerseyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03584638749121773172noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-818215323812390398.post-53756313118853640452016-04-07T04:39:49.372-05:002016-04-07T04:39:49.372-05:00I love this look for a taller woman, however when ...I love this look for a taller woman, however when you are 5ft. like I am it's not that good
of a look. The snakeskin dresses up the shoes, even though they're flat.
I think it's much classier for a woman to be able to walk with confidence than for her to be tottering around unstably on high heels.
