...waiting for the party to begin...
ummmm, wonder where I'm seated, and where are YOU ?
hopefully, close by as we will have so much to talk about.
what would you wear to this event?
seriously, tell me please.
I think it is held during the daylight hours
because the chance of the waiters falling off the dock
are pretty high when balancing trays above their heads if it is dark
but, of course, the chairs would come up a tiny bit I suppose.
I would probably wear something like this little white number,
with tons tons tons of jewelry, maybe turquoise/aquamarine,
and with LOW or FLAT shoes with rubber or non-slip soles.
only handbag would be for my cell phone & lipstick,
nothing bulky or having to sit on the floor.
so small spaces surrounded by water do not thrill me.
docked in Galveston, Texas, as part of their inaugural weekend when
they began cruising from that port.
beautiful dinner, 5-6 courses, all sorts of entertainment, etc.
when we were ready to disembark I learned we had to walk down a narrow & hellishly steep
gangway with ridges to get off the ship.
what a nightmare for us women who all had on high high heels.
I took mne off, otherwise I would have remained on board for the entire cruise.
website almost up & running
big big thank you to Shari of Little Blue Deer
who has worked tirelessly on this project so it will
be perfect & easy to navigate.
lots of new jewelry & handbags coming
