Inspiration

X 10

"Oak Alley" Plantation, Louisiana

don't we all just LOVE this !

looks like one of Christina's @ Greige
or Shari @ Little Blue Deer

this kitchen just feels so family, doesn't it?
that puffy chair just invites you to sit down with your magazines
or cook books.

& this just exudes luxury....

just the perfect room, I think

& this one too

& this one...

& this one

coming soon, June's theme for "By Invitation Only"... scheduled for June 5th,
this is a not-to-be-missed post, then we will take a little holiday during July/August
& come back strong in September.

when we return with the September post we will have new members,
invited by each of the original founding members.

sneak peek:  June's theme is going to be loved by every female on the planet...
so put it on your calendar !!!!

That bedroom is fabulous, almost ethereal.
Your track list is impeccable, too.
Wish you a great week.

I loved visiting Oak Alley--yes, it is that beautiful!! Although I have to admit that my memory of the rest of the day is a little foggy as I had a big 'ol drive through Mint Julep to beat the heat (Mom was driving not to worry)...

Will look forward to the fun of reading the ladies from around the world...

I love the living room! Beautiful! And of course the chocolates on the spoon are not bad either.

I hope your weekend was fabulous!

Des photos fantastiques... des intérieurs sublimes... J'ai particulièrement aimé la cuisine.
Les arbres de la toute première photo sont majestueux.
Gros bisous

This post is filed with so much fabulosity, I can hardly breath. I love the idea of a comfy chair in the kitchen and a glamorously reflective wine tasting room. I could move right into the living room with that wonderful encrusted dresser in front of a wall of antiqued mirror. Heaven!

All of the pictures are so inspiring and comforting at the same time. Inspiring in that there are features that can be adapted and comforting in the realization and acceptance that I will never live in such luxury and am so grateful for what I do have. Make sense?
