Marsha, a nice collection of dresses for after five. I think that Self Portrait dress is quite interesting. I can visualise a young Audrey Hepburn wearing this style. She wore that buttoned up collar style well. I agree with you that the shoes are wrong with it. Too busy! I think that black lace off-the-shoulder number would look lovely on.You didn't tell us what your customer ended up purchasing! Long/short, black/ colourful? When you have a customer who is equally stunning in everything, it's almost more difficult, because you still have to have the final choice being right for the occasion.Cheers,Deborah - Melbourne, Australia
So fantastic collection of dresses,M.!!!I like ML Monique Lhuillier Off-the-Shoulder Lace Cocktail Dress, Black. I prefer this dress in a long edition....And those guipure lace dark red dress is absolutely perfect!Thankyou SO much for share it here!
I'm not keen on the high-low hemlines, especially on short dresses. I believe even the beautiful black one, the first, pic, would be much more attractive either short or long - not half and half. I love the tea length black lace by Monique LH and would wear with the Kate Spade shoes, not an ankle strap. Of course I wouldn't be able to walk in any of those heels anyway, haha!I bet your client looked gorgeous no matter which outfit she chose!
My vote b is for #1. Lovevthe hi lo hemline and the simplicity of the design.
Thank you so much for your wonderful comments, each of them mean so much to me. After all, the interaction is the reason we blog. xx's
