...in the country
My darling daughter was married 5 years ago, and after her father
had a fit about her wedding being at the Bellagio in Las Vegas,
overlooking the fountains & all...
she changed her mind completely and decided
on a Haute Couture Texas Hill Country prima donna
wedding.
I recently came across these images and just had to share
with you guys, they are not her wedding, but one that looks
terribly wonderful...let me know what you think...
all vintage/antique pews with buckets for the
flowers
old wood gates and doors serve as backdrop
to dessert table, also antique, with old pots &
candlesticks as accessories...
out on the prairie, a great place for a photo op
isn't this one of the cutest bride/groom shots you've
ever seen?
old bottles & jars filled with flowers & greenery
atop an old wood table
& look at the chargers, flower containers, etc.
i LOVE it
!!

ReplyDeleteI've finally been and checked out the jewellery - it's beautiful! So much I love there - the pendants, the onyx, the fabulous bracelets. You're doing some excellent work xx
Elegance doesn't have to mean new. But it does need to include flowers!
ReplyDeleteThat last photo looks like a great party!
Amazing photos! My cousin was married in Vegas. I was afraid it would be tacky, but it was beautiful! Although a country wedding would be so much more beautiful!!! ~Val
ReplyDeleteHello my dear. What a wonderful turn around by your daughter. I bet it was a fantastic event! xx
ReplyDeleteDon't you just love the wedding bloggers. I adore their sparkly corner of the blog world and always go there when I feel blue.
I think the couple sitting by the table in the middle of that field of tall grass is amazing! What a great setting!
Hope you are well. I think of you so often and am sorry for my lack of communication. I have needed to withdraw from the world for a bit. Things are getting better though.
Love and hugs to you.
xx Charlotta
I love the vintage/antique feel! The prairie backdrop is especially magical - especially with the horse looking on!
