I have always liked him, he seems like a good all around guy and being THAT good looking sure doesn't help. What I admire most is how much he seems like a family man, I don't think I have ever read an unkid word about him and in fact he is known to be an incredibly kind good hearted loving family man. I remember reading once where someone in the press had been very cruel about his wifes weight and he had the kindest sweetest response which was of course very dignified at the same time and was a testament to how much he loves her. It made him THAT much more gorgeous!!
I have been MIA lately, and now I came to see your lovely blog, and I am WOWED once again, certainly Pierce Brosnan, a man for all seasons, he looks good in anything, but his kindness is what radiates outward --- and a BIG plus for him being a friend to the dog...his early life was anything but stellar -- but I image that is where he learned compassion -- the early years raised in a Catholic upbringing for he was quoted as saying (Pierce)he had "nothing good to say about them. It was ugly. Very ugly. Dreadful. I learnt nothing from the Christian Brothers except shame." then his first wife and her early death of cancer -- he was very devoted and much in love with her. Now wife. Keely S.Smith a journalist it appears he is happy once again, how lucky can one be - not once but twice in a lifetime founding love. He has been an ambassador for Unicef, Greenpeace, for nuclear disarmament, IFAW International fund for Animal Welfare -- Brosnan also raises money for charitable causes through sales of his paintings. Yikes I could go on and on - you found my weak spot for this wonderful man he isn't just "eye candy"
A film came on TV the other night that I hadn't seen before with a young and particularly gorgeous Mr Brosnan. I can definitely recommend it - it's called Taffin. I'm sure you can get it on DVD or Netflicks.
I bought a copy of Possession the other day. Love, C xx
Please know how much I value your comments. I read every single one and do hope you will take the time to leave your thoughts. I think InstaGram with the Emojis have taken a lot away from blogging, but I love IG too.
You know, I do believe this might be my favourite post of yours Marsha. Ever!!!!
ReplyDeleteHe is SO handsome - and yes, a good man too. I have chosen to forget his singing in "Mamma Mia" and just focus on the good bits!!!
Great photos :) You are good to us!! xx
