In France, Near the Riviera

It's not Provence,
though it might make you think it is...
It's the medieval walled city called
St. Paul De Vence

a view from surrounding environs

typical street scene

the walkway around the perimeter of the little village
used by residents

a view over the walls to the Alps

another street scene

the shop keepers, restaurateurs, gallery owners
actually live here

having a breakfast at the small hotel in the village

another little home

shopkeepers getting ready for the day

this is a lovely day trip from Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Juan les Pins,
or other famous Riviera places.  Stay near the sea, visit St. Paul de Vence.

Happy Mosaic Monday

Please know how much I value your comments. I read every single one and do hope you will take the time to leave your thoughts. I think InstaGram with the Emojis have taken a lot away from blogging, but I love IG too.
