An Easy Savory Tart Recipe
for the 1st time I've planted heirloom tomatoes, given to my by my best girlfriend, Jeanne,
who has the most amazing city garden in town.
her tomatoes are coveted. seriously!
I have 3 tomato flowers already & it's only been 2 weeks since we planted.
so when I cam across this recipe for Tomato Tart I stopped dead in my tracks.
it's from craftsy.com,
& you may find it HERE
with all the details of a Parmesan flavored crust, using cherry tomatoes & goat cheese.
I could eat this every night of the week, with lunch thrown in as well.

Wow Marsha, that tomato tart with all that cheese sounds really delish, our love for tomatoes here is so huge, there is always some in our kitchen fruit bowl and we just eat them randomly. My parents grow plenty kinds in their garden, but here in calgary, we have too many pests who eat them for me if I grow them outside...squirrels, megpies and rabbits, it is really awful and impossible to grow any produce ...sadly. but we have great farmers markets ((:
