Pavlova Perfection....

note:  the music player on my blog has taken on a life of it's own,
I have deleted the entire program but it continues to be there.
please forgive this nonsense, I have a new computer and I'll get someone professional
to re-configure the blog so the music is removed entirely until I can make it work properly.
WikPlayer is the name of the program, there is only a Facebook page and many people are complaining about the same problems:  ads playing over the music.

  1. I've always shied away from making this gorgeous dessert. But I was just pondering what to do for a dinner party I have coming up; and now I am inspired xx

    Thank you so much Marsh.
Merry Christmas. Renee and I are going to Boston for a few days shopping and the Boston Pops Isabella Gardner Museum and Fine arts, Eating in the North End. I wanted to Take her to the Famous Locke Obers, but they closed. It was the oldest
    elegant place on Boston.

  7. Pavlovas are something we make a lot in Australia ............ so the secret is a very low oven, if you have fan forced turn off the fan - bake long and slow.
Another spectacular pavlova presentation is to make two flat pavlovas (draw around a dinner plate on the baking paper and spit the mixture into two, shape the pass using the circles). When they are baked put whipped cream and mixed berries on top of one(the least successful one) and layer the other pav on top - top with cream and berries - looks amazing and very festive!! good luck!

Please know how much I value your comments. I read every single one and do hope you will take the time to leave your thoughts. I think InstaGram with the Emojis have taken a lot away from blogging, but I love IG too.
