Hi Marsha - looong time reader and first time commenter, and what is it with this bag? I have one in dark green, I saw two at LAX a couple of days ago, and when my sister came to pick me up, she had the exact same bag in khaki?? What I like about it... it's really indestructible, but not in an ugly way. I like that the XBody strap is long, so I can really sling it across my shoulder and it stays put and out of the way. So much room on the inside, and a couple of good pockets for keys, wallet, readers, pens, etc. Great for traveling, as a ton goes in but it doesn't feel too heavy. And I can scoot it under the seat and not have to wait for access to the overhead bin. I take it to the farmer's market, to dusty antique stores, to the office, etc. At the office, I put another smaller bag IN this bag so I can use my smaller bag at work, and lunch, papers, water bottle, who knows what else can stay put in the larger canvas bag. Your price is good also!! I am a 60-year-old professional business owner and I think I rock this bag as well as a much younger boho or retro or fashionable slouchy woman would! I am in Northern CA, so a stop by your shop isn't in the foreseeable future, but you have motivated me to find another one soon. This bag is a keeper! Nancy

ReplyDeleteI loved this when I first saw it (on Amazon?) or another online seller. It's quite large, but useful, and love that the inside is not just one open sack! I have what one may call a free-spirit style: field jackets, riding boots, Anthropologie aficionado, and this suits that style beautifully!
ReplyDeleteIt would not be for me because of its size and sloppy look. I much prefer something more structured; however can see benefits for traveling.

I probably would not buy it because I have too many handbags already and I already gave into temptation with the gray one I recently purchased from you. By the way, I love that gray bag and was impressed...and honored...to receive the accompanying hand-written note. You're a classy lady!
