Charolette Gainsbourg & Tory Burch come to mind as fabulous. Thank you for pointing out that many of these ladies are dressed by others, almost like cheating on a test. I do admire Kate Moss & Sienna Miller. Those girls that can throw on a burlap sack & look fab....darn them.
