Wednesday's Outfit + Further Musings

perhaps a group of good friends come over to have

drinks & hors d'oeuvres
before Catherine et al
leave to go to a rather casual, 
but fabulous, restaurant for dinner...

Catherine's newly decorated
Family Room,

 which you can see by clicking on The Shiny Pebble 

button on my right sidebar,

is being inaugurated tonight...her best friends are coming over...

and I thought this fabulous layered Vanessa Bruno outfit would

be perfect.

1st, Houston is hot in summer, so layers work the best. The little

light leggings give her cover & snap, but are cool...along with the

lovely satin draping cami, topped with the sleeveless gray silk shirt...

all perfect at home, but once she gets into the over air-conditioned

restaurant she will need the wonderful pink silk cropped jacket.

 &
these 2 necklaces, to add to the layered look
turmaline & rubies w/14K gold,
big gold hoops complete the look

 

Ferragamo's "Cult" Shoe called "Rainbow"

maybe after Judy Garland in the Wizard of Oz,

they are available again in select stores

think this is an amazingly wonderful look, 

pocket square in his jacket

worn with a tee-shirt...

I think I would ask him to shave

Princess Letizia, always beautiful & perfectly dressed...
this would work in Catherine's room too, wouldn't it?
