Gucci Gucci Gucci

Ad Campaign, Gucci S/S 2012: 

Abbey Lee Kershaw & Karmen Pedaru

Paying homage to the 20's 
in a very modern way, 
and seen clearly in the glamourous and gold ad campaign. 

Fronted by Abbey Lee Kershaw & Karmen Pedaru in slicked back hair, 
and dark smokey eyes alongside Greg Nawrat.
 
Wearing metallic accent detailed inspired by art deco shown via boxy, 
tailored jackets, drop-waist dresses decorated with fringe, shot by Mert & Marcus.


Once Tom Ford left I hardly paid attention to Gucci,
but with this collection and the styling of the shoot, I'm in love again.
Love the black & gold, the smokey eyes...and all of it looks entirely new, don't you think?
