the sheer beauty is incredible. it usually takes a visitor a time or two visiting the Riviera before
they find these little islands, and learn the history.
but it's worth the time and trouble.
below is the harbor in Cannes
just across the quai is a fabulous, casual restaurant called
Gaston et Gastounette
where they have the best FISH SOUP (bouillabaisse) on the planet.
